Refund policy
- Returns: Customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with EU consumer law, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping: State that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged, customers should contact you within 48 hours with photos so you can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened or used items such as the sleep mask, sleep mist, bath bombs, essential oils, or candle cannot be returned unless they are defective.
- Refunds: Once you receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
